People respond to you the way you respond to them. I have
realized that if someone calls me back super quick, I call them back super
quick and if I know someone takes a while to call me back I subconsciously do
the same.
The rule of engagement is that we treat people the way they
treat us. So, if you want your vendors or employees to be more responsive, you
must first become more responsive with information, payment or acknowledgment.
